Diploma in Customer Relationship and Service Management

About the Programme

The Diploma in Customer Relationship and Service Management (DCRSM) is the first programme in Singapore which has a strong focus on customer orientation that is a key determinant behind every successful organisation. Students will learn to leverage on relevant customer-centric information for effective analysis and planning in order to deliver excellent total customer experience. They will learn to sense customers’ needs and have the aptitude to observe market trends from customer contact opportunities and feedback to management for decision-making.

Programme Aims

The Diploma in Customer Relationship and Service Management (DCRSM) aims to groom a generation of service-driven graduates equipped with relevant soft and hard skills in customer management so as to fulfill the demands of the industries. By inculcating a customer-centric mindset of service excellence in the graduates, the programme aims to raise the standards of service delivery for the company as well as creating value to the customer.

Singapore plans to establish itself as a trusted service centre for quality services as a core competency for Singapore, which would generate demand for professional and skilled workforce in industries that provide goods and services. Graduates could join the industries in one of the following professions.

  • Account and Relationship Officer/Executive/Manager

  • Customer Service Officer/Executive/Manager
Outstanding graduates will be able to pursue a university education in Business Administration and Business Management related degree programmes locally or overseas.
